From Concept to Construction
Office Image has successfully tendered and won a £2.2 million pound, WAG funded redevelopment of a 1960's building in Neath.
The Market Chambers project is the renovation of a late modern retail and office block situated in the heart of Neath town centre. The building currently accommodates a handful A3 fast food outlets on the ground floor, and two storeys of unoccupied office space above. The building is styled with a modern element typically associated with the late 1960’s period of when it was constructed. Our work is to breathe new life into the building and in turn the immediate surrounding areas and context of the site.
The scope of the works is to offer the building an uplift with new facades, windows, shop frontage and additional roof design. The roof is also designed in a fashion that would lend itself to potential future occupation.
